Shipping Notice
Please be advised that air bubbles inside the cup may occur as a natural result of the shipping and handling process. These air bubbles are considered unavoidable and are not grounds for replacement or refund.
Custom Orders / No Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept refunds, cancellations, or returns once an order has been placed, as each item is a custom product made specifically for you.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
